1/4c sugar/sugar substitute
1 TBS Salted Butter
Over Medium heat add butter, sugar and Red Walnut pieces to pan. Cook approx. 5 min, constantly stirring to avoid burning. Stir until all nuts are covered and sugar is melted. Transfer immediately to a parchment lined cookie sheet. Spread evenly to avoid clusters. Enjoy on salads, in desserts or as a delicious snack.
