Heirloom Dapple Grey Beans are known for their distinctive mottled-grey markings touched with hints of cream and stamped with black-rimmed “eyes.” These beans are robust and firm, and keep their shape when cooked. They have an exceptional “meat n’ potatoes” taste and texture. This makes them ideal for cowboy-fare like chili, soup, and other hearty meals best enjoyed in the great outdoors.
